A valid card on file is required to book all appointments. Your card will not be charged at the time, but it may be charged in accordance with our cancellation and no-show policy outlined below.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice, same-day cancellations, or no-show appointments will result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total.

Smokeshow Hair Co. reserves the right to decline future appointment inquiries in the event of repeated no-shows.

Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure your stylist has adequate time to complete your service. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment and may still be subject to the cancellation fee. This policy helps us stay on schedule and respect the time of all guests throughout the day.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with your hair, we ask that you contact us within 7 days of your original appointment so we can review your concerns and schedule an adjustment if appropriate.

Redo services are only honored if the hair has not been altered at home or by another salon/professional since the original appointment. We do not offer adjustments based on a change of mind or a desire for a completely different result than what was discussed during the consultation.

Due to the time, products, and customization involved in salon services, we do not offer refunds on completed services. However, we are committed to guest satisfaction and are happy to review concerns within our redo policy timeframe listed above.

To maintain a relaxing atmosphere and allow stylists to give their full attention to each guest, we kindly ask that children who are not receiving a service do not attend appointments. Our salon environment includes hot tools, chemicals, sharp instruments, and limited space, which may not be safe for unattended children.

Please be as open and detailed as possible during your consultation regarding your hair goals, history, and expectations. Certain results may require multiple appointments depending on your hair’s current condition, previous color history, and overall hair integrity. Your stylist will always prioritize the health of your hair and provide realistic recommendations based on what can safely be achieved.

Smokeshow Hair Co. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate, disrespectful, aggressive, or discriminatory behavior toward our staff or guests. We are committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for everyone who enters our salon.
